Beautiful Tragedy

The world in my eyes?
I see truth
I see lies.
I see the loved and the mourned,
the pitiful and the scorned.
I see confusion and hurt,
the illusion hard at work.
But I see hope,
I see grace.
If you walk at a slower pace,
spare the moment,
take a look,
and away my breathe it took.
Change the tempo,
and you will see,
the world through my eyes,
is a beautiful tragedy
