Loneliness

Ah, the pangs of loneliness,
not another in sight,
it breaks down the door and,
leaving me empty, takes flight.
I shan't complain, nor bicker,
with God or myself,
but accept the consequences
and take humility off the shelf.
Trapped in this house,
I will find a way out
to where loneliness desists,
and pain is no more.
Patch myself up,
and re-build that door.
