Learning to fly
Let’s say
That I may,
Live my life just for a day.
I would take my wings with me
And I’d run over a field,
I would feel that breeze of sea,
Like a treasure for me sealed.
Now I try to learn to fly
And I fail from time to time,
But when I soar, to the high
I see my world, something sublime.
I live a dream of something perfect,
An illusion of a lie.
And the sun and moon connect,
To see me how I learn to fly…
