Texting
When texting goes too far
And the bill goes through the roof
Your parents have a talk in the car
Then your phone goes “poof!”
The texting is replaced by talking
Then most lives would go down the drain
While I was walking
My friends gave me a pain
I was made fun of at school
Everyone said “Your parents are mean”
I suddenly wasn’t cool
Like I was surrounded by a screen
Then my parents realized they did wrong
They gave me my texting back, and I sang a song.
