We started out strong
I thought we could last
But I guess I was wrong
It went by so fast

The moment you told me
That I was your girl
And that I'd always be
Your whole world

I look back now
With tears in my eyes
And question how
I could fall for those lies

What a stupid mistake
It was to give you my heart
Just so it could break
And I'd fall apart

Oh I’ve fallen quite hard
But I plan to keep fighting
No matter how hard
No I won’t go hiding

Now I’m picking up the pieces
And moving on with my life
The pain I felt ceases
I feel no more strife

I no longer need you
Because I’m getting stronger
What we had is through
You shall haunt me no longer

Instead of falling apart over someone who you thought was "the one" pick yourself up and move on with your life! You'll find out there's so many different fish in the sea!
