Hidden
She smiles,
But I feel her pain.
She says it's fine.
Her words are vain.
She hides her tears
Through her smile.
Yet they flow,
Like the Nile.
Her wordless pain,
I understand.
She's like me,
Like the same brand.
She hides her scars,
And I hide mine.
We are the same,
We're the same kind.
Some scars are new,
Some are old.
They all have different
Stories to be told.
