Keep the Peace, Man

Does violence solve anything?
How can one be so sure?
War is like a murderuous blur,
Have we ever tried to be peace giving?
When children die to people care?
No, It's just a foreign kid they say
But both sides are quick to blame
Other countries, beware.
Men and women fight for love.
Families pray for eternal peace.
While the big man couldn't give a damn.
He sits in his office and doesn't care enough.
While fathers, sons, and wives die in the streets.
While I say, keep the peace, man.
