Thick and black

Heavy and compact

 

Smoker's lung

A burden to all

Smoker's lung

Don't answer the call

Force it away

Smoker's lung

Start a brand new day

Is now gone

Has left at dawn

This piece is about my father who is a heavy smoker, I want to encourage him to quit, so I wrote this so that all can know that they have courageous people trying to help them.
