Etsy
Seriously, the crafty, hip, DIYers Ebay is as cute as it's shops.
Launched June 18, 2005 this website has been a huge hit. I have purchased various items from Etsy, which is credit card-safe, of course. The point of the site is for artists to sell their work or vintage items. You can sign up and create an online store with your own personalized (woo!) banner and easily sell your items. (Costs two dollars to post an item visible to buyers.) Be sure to check out this simple online craft fair by going to www.etsy.com/
