Want a good laugh?

I love watching movies in my free time. I enjoy comedy movies that make me laugh all the time. My favorite movie of all time is Dodgeball, which is a story about a team that was an underdog and trying to become more than known as the underdogs.

There is a gym called Average Joes which is a run-down gym, but they are loyal. And then across the street, there is a gym called Globo Gym which has all the high-end stuff and all-around nicer inside. For Average Joes to stay in business they need $50,000 and they don’t have the money to keep it. But one of the workers found a magazine that had a Dodgeball tournament that if they win they will get $50,000. If they win that tournament that will be enough money to keep the gym. The manager ponders over his decision to see if it will benefit the gym to stay in business.

So from watching the movie about 20 times, I keep laughing at the same parts and loving every bit of it. Another thing that sticks out from the movie is when the owner doesn’t believe that they will win the Dodgeball tournament so he thinks there’s no need for them to join it, but the people that work out there told him that they will win and that changed his outlook.

The fact that the way they try to win money to be able to keep their gym open for the public is a great way to connect with a sport that most gym classes play. But once they start the journey they just kept playing. I think in the back of their mind was the $50,000 dollar reward, but they just played just to have fun

The movie also shows that just because your team isn’t big and strong, you can still win with the right people and mindset. You just need to play together.

What you would want to know before watching the movie is that the language (swearing) isn’t the best, but it will make you laugh. The audience for this movie would be teenagers and up. But if you love a good laugh, this is the perfect movie for you.
