Meet the Spartans
Meet the Spartans is a masterpiece of comedy and a very entertaining movie. The target audience would be for teens and adults because of language, adult themes, and violence. The director for Meet the Spartans is Jason Friedberg, and Aaron Seltzer. The movie is a comedy of 300.
In the movie, Leonidas (Sean Maguire) gets word from a messenger (Phil Moris)
that the Persian Empire is taking over the country. Leonidas then kicks the messenger into the Pit of Death. The captain (Kevin Sorbo) and Leonidas go to see the most beautiful woman in Sparta, Ugly Betty (Crista Flanagan), for advice to fight the Persians. Instead of getting 300 Spartans to fight, Leonidas only gets 13. When Leonidas and the 13 Spartans leave, they must battle 50 cent in a dance competition, have a Your Mamma fight, where Dilio (Jerab Dauplaise) gets his eyes slapped out, and fight Xerxes (Ken Davitian) is a GTA simulation.
I thought that this movie was very funny; I expected that from this movie, aside from the adult themes.
