Down to the River to Pray by Alison Kruass
“As I went down to the river to pray, studying about the good old days” is an amazing song about a older artist who found her love for music. Allison wrote this song maybe not even knowing that it would become almost a church song in everyone's church.
I can relate to Allsons song because it is my dream that one day I will go down to the river to pray and maybe even read a book. Allisons song is easy to remember and it repeats itself making it easy to get caught in your brain.
I recommend this song to everyone whether or not you like music like this.
