I am going to review an old Pokemon Game that you probably don't know about which is Pokemon Emerald originally released for the Game Boy Advance and Game Boy Advance SP developed by Game Freak and published by The Pokemon Company International and Nintendo. It was released in Japan on September 16, 2004, North America on May 1, 2005, Australia on June 9, 2005, and finally Europe on October 21, 2005. It was one of the best selling games for the Game Boy Advance. Its an RPG game that can contain 5 players and connects using the following: Game Link Cable, Wireless Adapter, e-Reader. Emerald is the enhanced version of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. Now let's move on to me describing the game.

In my opinion, it's a great game because of the replayability the game contains being able to rematch Gym Leaders and also having online access and being able to trade and battle with your friends is great and being able to traverse through Hoenn again is great since that would take many years to do again in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. In the beginning of the game, you are greeted by a professor named Professor Birch and he does a welcome to the world speech asks for your name and gender and then you are in a moving truck heading for your home and once you get off your mother comes out and greets you and tells you to go to your room once you're in your room you have to set the clock (It doesn't have to be the actual time since the game doesn't need the time anymore) then you go inside to the house next to you and press A on a pokeball then your rival goes into your room she does a speech and that rival is May(Female) or Brendan(Male) then you go out of town and then the professor is being chased by a ZigZagoon and then you choose your starter Torchic, Mudkip, or Treecko and then you go in the professors lab receive the pokemon for real and then the professor tells you where to go. then you go to beat the first Gym Leader Roxanne who specializes in Rock Types then the 2nd Gym Leader Brawly who specializes in Fighting-types and then you have find out the rest by yourself since I want to keep the game fun after that.

Overall, then I'd say that the game will keep you up for a few hours and keep you happy until you have to sleep or go to school. The game has been heavily criticized by other more famous sites but this is my opinion and guide to the beginning of the game so it doesn't matter. If you want to play it how it was originally then it will cost you some money but varies but if you don't want to spend your precious money then it's free all you have to do is download an emulator download a rom of the game and boom. Now this marks the end of my review + a bit of a guide.
