Black Ops 3 on PS4

Black Ops 3 is the best game on the market. Many people waited at midnight on November 6 to get this masterpiece made by Activision and Treyarch. This fictional, first person shooter game is so good that it made 550 million dollars its first weekend.

When I got on multiplayer, I had lots of fun. The graphics are so amazing that even in a fictional, futuristic setting, like a futuristic metro station with floating metro cars, it still looks real. Also, the first person view makes you feel totally in control when you are in gunfights and moving around. The controls can be confusing if you are new to boost jumping, boost sliding, and wall running. The arena is also cool. You get to play games with two teams of four and it is like ranked play. There were problems, like too many people in lobbies, or getting lagged out.
Also, the zombies game mode is another reason to buy the game. This mode tests you to see how many rounds you can survive against multiple waves of zombies. The graphics are pretty good for a video game but honestly, the zombies do not look any different than they have in the last couple Call Of Duty games. Also, I like the elements in the game that give you a boost like the pack-a-punch and gobblegum.  The pack-a-punch allows you to upgrade your weapons and the gobblegum gives you perks like having the zombies not see you for 10 seconds.  The mystery box is very fun and is a favorite element of the game. This gives you a random item- a gun, grenades, or the dreaded teddy bear that relocates the box so you have to find it again. You may need to turn up the brightness though because it can be really dark in some areas.

Lastly, I tried out the campaign and it is awesome. First, this game mode has the best graphics in the game. Even while it is set in a fictional, futuristic setting, it still looks real. However, at the start, the game basically holds your hand by telling you what the controls are and having you demonstrate them, and when and when not to shoot. This is like having your mom or dad hold you hand while crossing the street, even if you are all grown up. This did eventually fade out and you got to play more freely, but I still didn’t like it.

Overall, this is a great, fun game that many people will enjoy and this game is the best game on the market.

The only real thing that I would have to complain about this game, in my opinion, are the use of "supply drops". It seems to me as just another cash grabbing ploy created by them in order to milk their consumers dry. This is a problem that is increasingly seen in many games that are coming out now, one being Halo 4. If a company is charging you $60 for a game I would expect that I receive ALL the content in it including all the sick weapon skins that they have in store for my eyes to feast upon WITHOUT having to pay them all of my lunch money for a month. I'm a little afraid that if this continues that we will begin to see the whole gaming industry being flooded by exclusive "Buy Only" items or features.
