Imagine killing an entire army naked with your fists, then riding a dragon toward the horizon. That is what and all Skyrim is all about, well maybe that’s not all true but it’s close. I want to tell you all about Skyrim, but i’ll keep this review short and only talk about the good stuff.

I’ll tell you about the following: the main quest, guild quests, exploration, and DLC. Just to let you know there will be spoilers.
Skyrim starts like all other elder scrolls games; you’re an imperial prisoner being sent to your death. But before you’re killed a dragon attacks the town and you the player escape with one of two companions.Once you’re out, the main quest will begin. Despite Bethesda saying Skyrim is a free roaming open world game they throw the main quest right at you and say this is important, do it now. Despite what I just said the main quest is very fun you get to: sneak into an embassy, venture into dwarven ruins, ride a dragon to an ancient temple, and travel to Skyrim’s representation of the underworld, Sovngarde.
The guild quest lines have a lot of story behind them for example: The Thieves Guild first strikes you as a rabble of thugs and pickpockets that steal from everyone, but that’s not true. They were well respected and feared up until 25 years ago when one of their own betrayed his oath to Nocturnal and caused the guild’s luck to run out. If you want to be a werewolf, you’ll have to do the Companion’s questline. Unlike other guilds, members of the Companions are viewed as trustworthy and honorable. When you first join you’ll do small jobs like rescuing a kidnapped citizen or retrieving a family heirloom, but later you quest to find Daedric totems and clear sabre cat and bear dens. the guild quests are as good as they were in Oblivion.
Skyrim is a game where it encourages you to explore every cave and ruin. Climb the tallest mountain and explore the deepest cave, you can do whatever you want. Maybe venture into all of the dwemer ruins, nordic barrows, and bandit camps. Always explore, you may find something you didn’t on your last playthrough. Explore to find quests, unique artifacts, weapons and armor you otherwise would’ve missed. One more thing about exploration: ALWAYS BE PREPARED! Bring your best weapons, armor and potions, never know what you’ll come across. You could stumble into a pack of bears, find yourself cornered by necromancers, or face to face with a dragon. And gods help you if you didn’t save your game.
Now we get to talk about Skyrim's 3 DLC expansions. First is Dawnguard.Which features 2 warring factions: The Volkihar Clan which is a clan of powerful vampires who wish to obtain Auriel’s Bow and end the “tyranny of the sun”. And the Dawnguard, a group of vampire hunters who want to stop them and keep Auriel’s Bow safe from vampires. Second is Hearthfire in which you can build your very own home from the ground up in 3 holds. Last is Dragonborn. And in this DLC you travel to the island of Solstheim and make battle with Miraak, the first dragonborn.
