Such an important message, I myself have struggled with my feelings on my insecurities. Nobody is perfect and beauty standards change is something every girl should keep in mind.

I don't think very many people realize how much of a struggle it is for women and girls all over the world to have self confidence. This is a beautiful video, and I love it so much!

I love your insight on this topic! And that was a very creative way of portraying the negative influence. Everyone was made beautiful, even if society denotes that. I do think to stay healthy is a good thing, but stressing about it and harming yourself over it is too much. I hope everyone who watched this was impacted in one way or another. I know you girls have already made a huge impact. Keep up the good work!

This was such an empowering video that really makes people think about those statistics especially at the end, and then when we think about them how true they end up being and how many people each of us know like that.

i know i'm going to sound really cheesy, but your videos about society's negative influence are so meaningful to me. You videos kind of helped me see that maybe i DONT need to wear makeup every day, or worry about how much i weigh, or what people think of me. thank you so much:)

Oh, no i completely agree, guys definitely go through these sort of things as well. As i'm a girl though, i just wanted to nail the girl issues. It would be awesome for a guy to do a video like this though, as i'm not exactly sure what their insecurities are. And wow, you compaired me to Keira Knightly, life now offically made!! haha :)
