Ella: 15 year old. Has a twin sister Emma. On the softball team.

Hayden: 20 years old. Emma and Ella's older brother. He works as a music teacher for elementary kids.
Jackson:Ella, Emma, and Hayden's father. He's in the military.

ACT I
Scene  I

Ella: (in her room throwing a softball up towards the ceiling and catching it while she is laying in her bed)

Emma: (walks in) Hey sis! Let’s go get our nails done.

Ella: Sorry can’t. (catches the ball one last time and slowly sits up)

Emma:(crosses arms) And why not?

Ella: Because Chase is suppose to help me with my pitching.

Emma: Ella, you have a concussion for crying out loud! (goes over to Ella and takes the ball her hands) You can not play softball!

Ella: Who says? (crosses arms)

Emma: THE DOCTOR!! Your out until she says you can play again. (throws the soft ball and accidently hits Ella)

Ella: OW! (quickly stands up. Feeling a little dizzy.) 

Emma: Ella, I am so sorry!

Ella: I don't want to… (falls to the ground and blackout)

Emma: (panicking) HAYDEN! GET UP HERE RIGHT NOW!!!

Hayden: What's wrong (looks towards Ella) call dad right now! (Goes over to Ella trying to wake her up) Ella wake up! Wake up!!

Emma: (gets out her phone and calls Jackson)

Jackson: Hello? Emma? Is everything okay?

Emma: No sir! (panicking, talking fast, and is about to cry) I accidently hit Ella with a ball. She got mad and then she blacked out!
Jackson: Emma, Calm down! She’ll be okay. Have Hayden take Ella to the hospital and I will meet y’all there.

Emma:Yes sir!

Jackson: I will see you guys soon! I love you!

Emma:I love you too, daddy. (Hangs up the phone)

Hayden: (looks at Emma) WHat did dad say?

Emma: He said to take her to the hospital and he’ll meet us there.

Hayden: Okay. Em,Can you go get Ella’s Emergency bag, please?

Emma: Yes, I can.

Hayden: And make sure her medicine is in it!

Emma: I know, Hayden! (gives him an annoyed face)

Hayden: (picks up Emma carefully)Just hurry up!

Emma: alright

Ella:(groans quietly)

Hayden: Ella, it’s gonna be okay, I promise. (goes down stairs to the car and carefully put Ella in the car) Emma Come one!!!

Emma: (runs out of the house closing door behind her) I’m coming!

Hayden: Did you get her medicine?

Emma: Yes I did!

Hayden: Thank You! Now get in!

(Both Hayden and Emma gets in the car and drives off to the hospital)
