I Wish MAG
I wish every night before I go to bed,
There was a perfect world for me to lay my head,
Where people of all sexes, religions and races
Could walk down the street without scared faces,
Where the water was clean and the air was clear,
And the cut-down trees would newly appear.
I wish for a world without trash on the ground,
Where birds were left alone to make their sweet sound,
Where people would recycle their paper, plastic and cans,
And where all nations would join in peace to hold hands,
Where the homeless had homes and hungry were fed.
Yes, people, that's what I wish for every night before bed.
