Food Poisoning
That crispy, crunchy
Cheesy double-beef
Burrito for which I fell
At Taco Bell.
A lukewarm wrap
Holding ground beef supplements
And a thick yellow goo,
Stuck together like glue.
With every bite
More processed food
Went down my throat
Like a highway road.
All these healthy goodies
Happily reached my stomach,
Never resting
In my small intestine.
It wasn’t that I noticed
Until that night
Which in stead of in my bed,
I spent over the toilet.
And as I prayed
To the porcelain god
The question grew:
Can I sue?
