Clear and Cloudy

It seems, at times, he likes me. Sometimes it is clear as day! Then here comes the clouds to cover up his bright sun rays. The cloud can't cover the whole light, he looks through the tiny cracks, but somehow the clouds seem to hold him back. I am the moon, he is the sun. His rays shine on me! I am the ONLY one.
