Alone
If you had only known,
the way I've felt for so long.
You would still be here,
with me now.
The snow is turning red,
people screaming at the sight.
I'm the only one still standing.
I'm leaving the noise,
I can't see anything around me.
I can't move from this spot,
still standing and starring.
Your mangled body,
lying there before me,
pale and so cold.
Now that you're gone,
I understand what you meant,
when you said you were alone.
