I will stand

Why is every one so confused,
they all stop and stare,
they look as if they care.
But we know they really don't,
they just want to gossip.
They talk about us like they care.
What's up with this,
crazy, dramatic world.
Why is everyone so hypocritical?
Why do they judge the way I walk,
the way I smile,
the way I wear my hair,
the clothes I wear?
Am I doing something wrong?
Or do you want to bring me down,
until I fall?
Until I become one of you,
until I let your hate get to my head.
I will never surrender,
I will stand.
