Dear O Soul,
This night is thine,
Thou own this time;
The day hath ended
and the lesson is taught.
Dear O Soul,
Ye art the music within,
The light in the murk,
The polite in the robust
and aught in naught.
Thee wrought my life
and thou wilt fly away,
Away and high,
Onuppan the stars;
When I’m nigh my bourne,
Ye shalt fly even high;
Then thither is again the aad cycle-
Death, naught, revive and survive…
