Inside my Head
You dance around secretly in my heart
Hiding so no one can see what you do
So when you finally decide to part
You can cover your tracks with a dark hue
Your absence develops a wallflower
Unable to bloom under the twilight
Reminiscence of when I didn't cower
Memories seized like a thief in the night
Could someone really fall in love with me
This feeling of constant disapproval
A struggle of crossing the roughest sea
My brain on temporary removal
It’s hard to forget the feelings above
When you always get lost in what you love

This sonnet is about what goes on through a lot of peoples head when it comes to relationships. I feel that most times people feel that they arent good enough. So they try their hardest to be what they think the other person will like, but they end up just losing their true self.
