Shy and Alone
I sit there alone too shy to be known
I quickly glance at the girl of my dreams
She seems like a princess needing of a throne
But she looks at me as if one of the geeks
I wish to tell her how I really feel
When I look at her my heart seems to stop
Nights I toss and turn unable to sleep
All I can do is think as if in shock
She will probably never notice me
I don’t believe that I can become strong
I try to talk to her but my words flee
And for that she and I do not belong
For as long as I live I’ll be alone
For as long as she lives I’ll be unknown
