One does not know how truly great they are,
Until the have lost, and tasted defeat.
The feeling hurts, when you have come so far,
You do not know yourself, until you have been beat.

No matter what, we must always look ahead,
Keep your chin up, promise to never turn back.
Blood, sweat, and tears in vain will be shed,
If you do not live life to the fullest, and stay on track.

What motivates you, may not motivate the next man,
Motivation means different things to different people.
It often comes from a motive, a scheme, or a plan,
But in the end, the meanings are all so equal.

In life we do not know where the story ends,
But we do know it is easier with family and friends.
