The Hostile Hospital
The Hostile Hospital
By Lemony Snicket
This book is pretty good. Some parts are not very exciting. Lemony Snicket sometimes starts talking about other things that don't relate to the book. It does get suspenseful at the end of each chapter.
The Hostile Hospital is about three kids named Violet, Klaus and Sunny Baudelaire whose parents died in a big fire. Count Olaf wants to kill them because then he would get a huge fortune. It takes place at a half finished hospital. The Baudelaire children want to find out the meaning of V.F.D, which we never find out what it is.
Some parts are really good and exciting and some parts you think what does this have to do with the story? It is a series and so you might want to start with the first book. He has a good description of the characters so you can really visualize them.
Lemony Snicket is an author that likes to write mystery, excitement and suspense. He sometimes talks about Beatrice. I'm not sure who she is. He had to write this book because people are excited to read the next one.
