Heartbreaks and friendships that will want you wanting more. A boy named Gregor is once again swept into the underground world of the Underland. When his mother comes along with him and his sister Boots; things goes downhill. The mother falls ill along with millions of others to a deadly disease. So, Gregor must find a cure in order to save the Underland and his friends before time runs out! This book is perfect for teens and young readers. The author Suzan Collins; has many wonderful books that anyone can enjoy, such as Gregor And The Curse Of Warmblood.

Anyone who reads this book will almost feel like they are in the story themselves. I myself enjoyed this book very much; I have even cried a few times. The way the author wrote the story made me feel like the characters were real and that it was going on at that very moment. She made everything so detailed, so real; I could feel the pain, and the happiness etc.

The emotion set into the book was so beautifully placed within the lines of the page. If a character was happy, then you were happy, if they were sad then you were sad. Also just the pure terror that happens puts you on edge of what might happen to your favorite character; or to imagine the outcome. Just to be afraid of/for a character is amazing. For example, when the plague comes, I was scared for Gregor.

The book is about a boy named Gregor who must find a cure for a sickness that is making everyone fall ill and eventually die from it. He gets even more desperate when his mother is affected by the disease. The only problem to cure the plague is that the cure grows in only one spot and it is covered by a deadly forest, filled with man-eating plants that craves for human flesh. To help Gregor on his journey he must have a guide that hates violence.

I really enjoyed this book and I think you will too. It made me cry, smile, laugh, and even scream. The book grabs you and drags you in after the first chapter. I think that the author took her time writing this to make sure everything was perfect for us to read. Once you began reading, you won't be able to put it down. I really hope you enjoyed this book.
