Every teen should see Juno, this movie helps you understand the impact you can make on another person’s life, the happiness & joy you can bring them it also helps you understand the values of life even more. This movie won the academy award for the best original screenplay in 2007. This movie is recommended to 10th graders preferably, but you can show it to 9th graders if they mature enough. I would give this movie 5 out of 5 stars for the movie quality, the actor portrayals, the comedy & the musical selection. This movie has been played all over America & Canada.

I won’t give you the whole story but I’ll give you a brief summary. Juno is about Juno MacGuff (Ellen Page)  a 16 year old who got pregnant while still in high school and found a couple in the local newspaper to adopt the baby.

Juno couldn’t have been better. The cast was amazing Ellen page played her character amazing she portrayed Juno MacGuff who got pregnant by paulie Bleeker you could really see her personality in her character because generally she’s an upbeat, humorous woman she portrayed. Paulie Bleeker played by Michael Cera was phenomenal he was a very nerdy boy who was Juno’s love interest also the father to Juno’s baby. Mark Loring was played by Jason Bateman who was the not so devoted adoptive father to Juno’s baby well he was devoted but he wasn’t as enthusiastic as we thought he would be about the baby. Vanessa Loring played by Jennifer garner who the very devoted adoptive mother to Juno’s baby played her character very well. She was a very nice & down to earth; she was also the wife to mark Loring.

Juno was funny enough to be a comedy, but not serious enough to be a drama even though the cast played their parts well. It was between a high school love story & a comedy. Overall the movie was awesome I just wish it had a little bit more drama than comedy
